The Jones Company Announces Expansion of Normandy Heights Community
Phase III to feature Hometown Cottage Collection. The Jones Company announces the opening of Phase III of Normandy Heights, which will feature homes from the Hometown Cottage Collection. The size of the homes will range from 2391-2848 square feet, and they will feature new historically-inspired front elevation styles.

The Hometown Cottage Collection is designed to appeal to both growing and mature families, and features functional kitchens and baths, large family rooms and secondary bedrooms, as well as walk-in closets in every bedroom and bonus rooms standard in most plans. Due to the wide variety of elevations and colors for the exterior and the large number of interior options, the collection allows owners to reflect their own unique personality and taste.

"We are thrilled to open the third phase of Normandy Heights in such a popular and growing community, and anticipate a great response to our unique Hometown Cottage Collection," says Richard Chapman, President and CEO of The Jones Company of Nashville. "These homes provide a great value per square foot while offering a variety of unique styles reminiscent of turn-of-the-century architecture. The truly strike the balance of being beautiful and livable, yet affordable."

The new Madison model is now open for viewing Monday through Saturday from 10a.m.until 5p.m. and Sunday from noon until 5p.m. To see the entire collection of homes, floor plans, and pricing now available at Normandy Heights, you may also visit the website at or contact Kim Barrett at (615)758-5886.

Normandy Heights is located in Mt. Juliet, and has easy access to the airport, Old Hickory and Percy Priest Lakes and interstates 40 and 65. Students living in this community are zoned for Stoner Creek Elementary, West Wilson Middle and Wilson Central High.
